Rick Binger is responsible for all aspects of creative strategy and process. Rick has over 30 years experience in strategic creative thinking. He cut his teeth working for Pentagram in the 1980s designing and producing the award winning Nature Company catalog. He moved on to form his own agency – Binger Catalog Marketing – in 1991. There, he worked with many catalog companies including Design Within Reach, Art.com, Restoration Hardware, Benefit Cosmetics, Nickelodeon, The Oakland Raiders, Discovery Toys, and Road Runner Sports, to name just a few. Rick later served as Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer at Catalog Spree (an iPad and iPhone app providing paperless catalog shopping); Vice President of Creative at SysIQ (an ecommerce development agency); Director of Creative at Gump’s (a famed San Francisco retailer); and Executive Vice President of Creative at CohereOne (a catalog & digital strategy and creative agency).

Tami Miller brings a wide range of experience to her role as Production Manager on the R Squared Marketing team. With over three decades in the print, design, publishing and web arenas, she has amassed a tremendous foundation of knowledge and has proven to be a reliable partner for her clients. Tami has been involved in print catalog production for numerous high-profile retailers such as Z Gallerie, Illuminations, Gump’s, NapaStyle, Gazoontite, and Thrillz, as well as projects for Sunset Magazine, Pacific Coast Building Products and others nationwide. In addition, Tami is the publisher and editor of Sacramento Bride & Groom magazine and operates sacbride.com, a popular Northern California wedding resource.
