Rick Binger is responsible for all aspects of creative strategy and process. Rick has over 30 years experience in strategic creative thinking. He cut his teeth working for Pentagram in the 1980s designing and producing the award winning Nature Company catalog. He moved on to form his own agency – Binger Catalog Marketing – in 1991. There, he worked with many catalog companies including Design Within Reach, Art.com, Restoration Hardware, Benefit Cosmetics, Nickelodeon, The Oakland Raiders, Discovery Toys, and Road Runner Sports, to name just a few. Rick later served as Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer at Catalog Spree (an iPad and iPhone app providing paperless catalog shopping); Vice President of Creative at SysIQ (an ecommerce development agency); Director of Creative at Gump’s (a famed San Francisco retailer); and Executive Vice President of Creative at CohereOne (a catalog & digital strategy and creative agency).

He is a data-driven marketing leader with over 25 years experience including 8 years of P&L level responsibility in omni-channel retail and direct marketing. Rick has contributed to the success of some of the best brands in omni-channel retail and direct marketing, including Williams-Sonoma, Smith & Hawken, Serena & Lily, Balsam Brands, and California Closets. Rick leverages the analytic layer to understand what drives customer behavior, formulates retention strategies, and identifies best sources for customer acquisition through allocation and attribution modeling. Rick enjoys working with high-growth, small to mid-sized omni-channel retailers providing strategic guidance and executional management to advance their capabilities and performance.
Scott Sidorsky is an award-winning catalog Creative Director, and has been a maverick in strategic marketing and branding of Fortune 500 companies for more than 30 years. He makes catalogs look amazing. Because authentic brand experiences help make a better world, Scott’s highest priority is to design engaging marketing that engenders trust. What excites him is both the adventure of putting a brand to work today, and unveiling a vision for where it’s headed tomorrow. Scott brings style guides and photography together to create a big impact for catalogs, and is known for developing applause-inspiring pitches, breakthrough makeovers and well-crafted visual stories that ignite purchasing decisions that move numbers up. Creating gorgeous pages from a rack of clothes, merchandising an entire book from a table of products and making complex concepts look simple is Scotts forte. Serving on staff at advertising agencies, in-house at various catalogers, and as an independent consultant, he brings insight and a powerful toolkit to unlock solutions for challenges in luxury goods, fashion, food and beverage, technology, home goods, and services.
Tami Miller brings a wide range of experience to her role as Production Manager on the R Squared Marketing team. With over three decades in the print, design, publishing and web arenas, she has amassed a tremendous foundation of knowledge and has proven to be a reliable partner for her clients. Tami has been involved in print catalog production for numerous high-profile retailers such as Z Gallerie, Illuminations, Gump’s, NapaStyle, Gazoontite, and Thrillz, as well as projects for Sunset Magazine, Pacific Coast Building Products and others nationwide. In addition, Tami is the publisher and editor of Sacramento Bride & Groom magazine and operates sacbride.com, a popular Northern California wedding resource.
Kathleen Schultz is a leading merchandising and strategic advisor in omnichannel retailing. Kathleen has over 30 years of “C” level experience as well as consulting with a wide range of companies/industries. Kathleen assists businesses in the development and achievement of their omnichannel strategies combining the Art and Science of merchandising. The Art is the assortment, pricing and presentation. The Science is the analysis of sales results, customer base, competition and trends. This is conducted in collaboration with the client’s team to develop result-oriented solutions tailored to the client’s products and goals. As a corporate executive, she has guided such firms as I Magnin, Branders.com, Calyx & Corolla, Smith & Noble and Ethel M Chocolates.
